You can place orders 24/7 through flowersdeliveryistanbul.com.

Your flower orders are delivered on the same day within the time range you select, between 08:00 and 22:00.

On weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, delivery options may vary depending on the product you choose.

When placing an order, you can check whether delivery is available for dates that fall on Saturday or Sunday during the delivery date selection process.

Returns

Orders placed within business hours (08:00-22:00) can be canceled and refunded within 30 minutes of the order.

For orders placed outside of business hours, cancellations and refunds will be accepted if requested within 1 hour.
